No. Pictoirel creates the layout for you. You can still open the editor to adjust spreads, photos, text, elements, and page properties before checkout.

Yes. Cover options depend on the book type. You can choose the title, year, cover color or template, and available stickers or symbols.

Yes. The builder, preview, editor, cart view, and upload flow are optimized for mobile screens.

The 50 page edition supports 50 to 100 photos, the 100 page edition supports 102 to 200 photos, and the 200 page edition supports 202 to 400 photos.

Common formats such as JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, and HEIF are supported. If a file cannot be processed, it is marked as failed and is not counted toward your usable photo total.

Failed photos are shown with the file name and reason. They are not counted, and you can try reuploading them.

Adding more photos requires the layout to be generated again. Pictoirel warns you first so you know the current preview may change.

When selecting many photos on iPhone, there can be a brief pause after tapping Done. This is normal and the picker is not stuck.

Yes. You can review the generated 3D book preview and move through the pages before placing the order.

Yes. You can edit the design before checkout. Saving is locked while changes are being applied so the cart receives the completed version.

Yes. Cart items can show View Book and Edit Book options before checkout when the saved book data is available.

Quantity creates extra copies of the same configured book. If you want a different design, create a separate book and add it to cart as a new item.

Pictoirel currently offers 50 pages for AED 150, 100 pages for AED 225, and 200 pages for AED 300.

Editions depend on the number of usable photos. If your photo count is above or below an edition range, the builder will ask you to choose a matching edition.

Delivery is 5 days. This is the express delivery timeline currently used by Pictoirel.

Pictoirel currently delivers within the UAE only.

Changes after checkout are not guaranteed because customized books move into preparation. Contact support as soon as possible if you need help.

Reordering old books after checkout is not currently available. Add the quantity you need before checkout.

Pictoirel books are customized items. Please review the refund policy for the current order, return, and refund terms.

Yes. Your photos are private and used to prepare your book. They are deleted within 30 days after printing, or earlier on request when the files are no longer needed for fulfillment.

Cash on delivery is not offered. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
